How does the pricing work with DS|Sign?
- 1 point = 5 SES signatures (0.2 points per simple electronic signature)
- 2 points = 5 AES signatures (0.4 points per advanced electronic signature)
- 3 points = 2 QES signatures (1.5 points per qualified electronic signature)
What happens if I run out of points?
You can top up your points at any time. This ensures that you never get stuck in the middle of an important signature process.
How does the pricing of DS|Sign work?
Our pricing is based on a flexible points system. Each point can be used for SES, AES or QES signatures as required. You only pay for the signatures you actually use.
Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade or switch between billing cycles at any time. Annual plans include a 15% discount.
What is included in the free trial version?
The free trial version is valid for 14 days and includes 5 points. During this time, you have full access to SES, AES and QES signatures.
Are unused points carried over to the next month?
Yes, your unused points will carry over as long as your subscription is active, so you won't lose what you've already paid for.
Can I add more users to my tariff?
Yes, the Solo plan is intended for one user, while the Team plan supports up to 25 users. Larger teams can request an individual tariff.
Is support included in all tariffs?
Yes, all tariffs include access to our help center and contact form. The "Team" and "Enterprise" tariffs also include administrator manuals and priority support.
Can I cancel my tariff at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
